Refund Policy

Our site  is a business to business or B2B site and if you are a private consumer you should refer to terms of sale to consumers.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods or services you have received, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

Conditions for requesting a refund

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or services, unless they are excluded from our refund policy (see below).

  • You must return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, within 14 days of requesting a refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the goods. We recommend that you use a trackable service and keep the proof of postage.
  • We will not accept refunds for goods that are damaged, used, or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept refunds for services that have been completed or partially completed, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Processing and issuing refunds

  • We will process your refund request within 14 days of receiving it and notify you of the outcome by email or phone.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund by the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless you agree otherwise. You will receive the refund within 14 days of us approving it.
  • If your refund request is rejected, we will explain the reason for our decision and offer you an alternative solution, such as an exchange or a replacement.
  • We reserve the right to deduct any fees or charges from the refund amount, such as delivery or restocking fees, if applicable.

Exceptions and exclusions to our refund policy

  • Some goods and services are excluded from our refund policy and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include:

    • Digital goods, such as Apps, software or e-books
    • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our refund policy.
