This package doesn’t include support for any Windows programs and/or 3rd party windows software. This is for all versions of Windows (7, 8, 10, …) and device troubleshooting for hardware issues, and to provide the best technical advice for your IT infrastructure. Sessions/meetings are limited to in 30 mins per session/meeting.

For the most complex technical issues, we offer third line support. Our team of highly skilled engineers has the specialized knowledge and advanced training to handle the most challenging problems. We’ll work closely with you to understand the issue and develop a customized solution that meets your unique needs.
